Quick and easy to place an order even from out of state. Roselle Flowers went the extra mile for me. I ordered too late to ask for a Mother’s Day delivery. I would have been fine with settling for Monday but the florist ensured that the arrangement was delivered to my mother on the holiday.

I’ve ordered their “special” for $100. Last time when I ordered flowers from 1800 flowers, it was gorgeous big bouquet in the vase. Ordering from local shop, where I personally pick up my order, I thought it would be even better and nicer bouquet…well, I was wrong! It looked like $30 bouquet from Costco.

I was really disappointed with the lack of effort to try to match the arrangement they made with the picture on the website that I ordered. No effort was made to maintain the color scheme which was supposed to have blue/purple accent flowers and a blue vase. Instead they created an all white arrangement with a clear vase. I reached out twice to express my disappointment and to see if there was anything they were willing to do, but my messages went unanswered. Will not be going back to this place.

Went in earlier today, as I needed a bouquet for my friends birthday. I will admit it was a last minute thing before I needed to meet with her and her boyfriend for dinner, but the woman working behind the counter was so sweet and made such a gorgeous arrangement! I honestly really love going here, because each time I am enthralled with how strategic and thoughtful they are when making their arrangements and it’s such a joy to watch.

I met with a few florists for my wedding and chose to work with Roselle Flowers. I sat down and met with Demetra, who was extremely knowledgeable about every flower that I wanted in my bridal bouquet. While the other florists told me they could do what I wanted, Demetra knew that certain flowers would wilt right away and that some were not in season and that some would be very expensive. The other florists didn't tell me any of this. The meeting was very detailed and we went over everything I wanted and she told me exactly how she could make it happen, which flowers and plants she could use and also how to get the effect I wanted. I was very impressed and Demetra made me feel very at ease about the flowers for my wedding. When the flowers were dropped off I was ecstatic, they were everything I wanted and more! I wish I could give more stars because I was really blown away with their expertise and professional service.
